Happy Birthday, Shania!
Today is a very special day to Zefron-Twain. Today is Shania's birthday and we are here to wish her a happy one!
It has been 47 years since Eilleen Regina Twain was born in Windsor, Ontario daughter of Sharon Morrison and Clarence Edwards.
Twain is one of the best artists of all time: she has won 5 Grammy Awards, 27 BMI Songwiter Awards, three albums of hers were certified Diamond, she is the second best-selling artist in Canada, behind Céline Dion (remember that Shania only has 5 studio albums and Céline has more than 30), she is the first and only female artist in history to have 3 consecutive albums reach Diamond status, she is ranked 10th best-selling artist of the Nielsen SoundScan era, her album "Come On Over" from 1997 is the best-selling studio album of all time by a female act in any genre. "The Queen Of Country Pop" has sold more than 75 million albums worldwide, and these are just a few of Shania's records.
Now that you may know a bit more about Shania Twain, I wanted to share with you guys something I made yesterday for this special day. Hope you like it!

And since I believe you're a Shanatic now that you have read this post, there are a few personal things I wanted you to know about me and this special day. Well, I listen to Shania since I was 4, and I'm 17 now, so it has been a while, you see. But only in 2008 I became this HUGE fan of her, and since there that every year in this precise day, I got a routine: the first song I listen to at midnight (yes, I'm awake at midnight to be one of the first people to wish her a happy birthday) is "You're Still The One" (it's my favorite song of all time) and I also watch the official video of it; during the day I listen to every single song of Shania, it doesn't matter if I'm eating, chatting, running, walking, I have to (I'm listening now to "Forget Me"); I make something to her, even though I know she won't see it, this year was this wallpaper, last few years were videos (you can check some of them http://www.youtube.com/txiiikatwain); and the last song I listen to is "You're Still The One" right before the clock strikes midnight. And it's pretty much this. Some call me" weirdoo", but if you're a Shanatic, you know that's how we do it.
I just wanted to add that my love for this great Woman is way more than Grammy Awards and all her records. My love for this great Woman, it can't be put into words. She brings tears to my eyes everytime I read her lifestory, everytime I listen to her songs because, even though she doesn't know, she has always been there for me when nobody was. I'm very proud of myself for loving her, more than anything I've done in my life, more than anything. So, this is me thanking you, Eilleen! You're still the one!
